Do I have to pay annually, monthly or just once?

Currently, we only have a perpetual license for sale. So you pay for it once and keep it as long as you’d like.

Do you have a Mac version?

Unfortunately, we do not have a Mac version.

Will it only work on Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11?

The current version 21 will work on Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11.

How can I qualify for education pricing?

Students, faculty, staff, and homeschool teachers can request education pricing. The easiest way for academic validation is by sending us an email from your school account. Also, parents or guardians can purchase an academic version for K-12 children. Just let us know that you are purchasing the software for them.

Can I request a refund?

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Also, please let us know specifically what you did not like about the software so that we can make it better.

We offer a 30-day trial version as well.

How many times can I activate the software?

You are allowed to activate up to 10 times on machines that belong to you. Please email us if you reach your limit and need to reset the activation count.

Do I need Google Account to access the planner?

Yes, you will need to have Google Account to use the planner and dashboard. The built-in planner is designed to work with Google Calendar. Also you will need the Google Account if you want to use the Google Drive to save your MindMapper files.
