[Product] How do I re-install MindMapper on a new Computer |

With the fast advancing hardware technology, you'll find yourself upgrading to a newer, faster computer quicker than you thought. Buying a new computer does not mean buying your software again. You can re-install and activate MindMapper on a new computer quickly to get you rolling again.
1) If you purchased a download version from our webiste or through a reseller: - Downlaod MindMapper from our webiste from your new computer. The download version must match the version that you purchased. - Install MindMapper - After installation, MindMapper will prompt you for your Registraiton information. Please enter your Name, Email, Serial number, and Registration number that you received when you first purchaed MindMapper. - Press the OK button. If successful, the mssage is "Thank you". If you get an error message, verify your input and try again, or contact us at lostkey@mindmapper.com
If you misplaced your license, then contact us at lostkey@mindmapper.com
2) If you purchased a CD through a Seminar: - Insert the CD into your new computer and install MindMapper - After installation, MindMapper will prompt you for your Registration Information - Enter all information (Name, Email, Serial Number, Registration Number) that you received when you registered MindMapper on your old computer. They must be entered EXACTLY as they were given to you. - Press the OK button. Do NOT press Register again, as you are already registered.
If you are successful, the message will be "Thank you". If you get an error message, please verify your input and try agian, or contact us as lostkey@mindmapper.com
